Whether in love or out of it, it is our own responsibility to heal our past traumas so we don’t bleed on the ones that didn’t hurt us. Even when it’s difficult, true love—of ourselves and others—is worth that courage.

While these experiences helped me grow in both my network and my technical skill sets at an expedited rate, I constantly felt pressure to hide innate parts of who I am due to working in a primarily male dominated industry.

To the person that can only do one thing, you will always look lost, confused, or all over the place.
