What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. By bringing awareness to our day to day language, specifically the language we use to speak to ourselves, we can re-wire our subconscious brain to break limiting beliefs, habits, anxiety, or anything blocking us from stepping into our full potential.
Through individual mindfulness, we can create sustainable growth that not only improves our own well-being, but enhances all main pillars of our life: health, relationships, and career.
How is NLP different than therapy?
NLP is not a traditional talk therapy session. In traditional talk therapy, you, the client, will bring your presenting problem to the practitioner. However, in NLP, we are looking for the underlying cause of behavior, and extracting old fragments and “bad wires” from the brain that no longer serve you, in order to create new, healthier neural pathways.
